NERO OPACO CARBONIO
A place for everything… the Piaggio Beverly Police 300 ABS-ASR makes transporting bags and items a breeze with two roomy compartments: one in the rear shield, protected by a lid and housing a USB socket and a second under the seat, able to hold two flip-up helmets. To open the underseat storage, simply press the remote control which also activates the Bike Finder function so that the indicators flash, making it easy to locate.
Style first and foremost
The distinctive form and carefully selected colour combinations make the Piaggio Beverly Police 300 ABS-ASR instantly recognisable. Key details include the high front, the vertical motif, the large, comfy, two-level moulded seat and the central tunnel concealing the fuel tank with its easy-to-access cap for fast and easy refilling.
If you’re driving in the rain or on a surface with low grip (such as cobbles or tram tracks), you don’t need to worry as the Piaggio Beverly Police 300 ABS-ASR comes with an anti-lock braking system which works together with the two discs of 240 and 300 mm. And, when accelerating, there is the ASR traction control which limits the torque in case of lack of grip, meaning you are always guaranteed maximum stability.
Unique in every way
The Piaggio Beverly Police 300 ABS-ASR is a special version, born out of a collaboration between two renowned Italian brands: Piaggio and Police. What marks this model out from the rest of the Beverly family are its glossy black finishing, the diamond edged wheels, the seat with double stitching in light blue, the blue-lens mirror and, above all, its smart overall matt black look.
Other details include the “tie” on the front shield, the mirror arms and the chrome detailing on the headlight and instrument cluster.
The engine is the same liquid-cooled, four-stroke, four-valve single cylinder version as the rest of the family. After all, why change a winning solution? It offers outstand performance, it’s ecological (Euro 4 certification) and economical when it comes to fuel consumption (30.3 km / litre on the WMTC cycle). On the safety side, Piaggio has fine-tuned the braking system, with dual-channel ABS and ASR traction control to counteract any possible loss of grip. And last but not least, there is plenty of storage with two compartments as well as a remote control for unlocking the seat, and a Bike Finder function.
